You don’t need to explain anything to anyone regarding how you deal with your children. You did the right thing !!! The police are there to help you. It could have been a lot worse if you did hit him, it was your decision, the best decision for your children not everyone else’s! This is where they say about pleasing others,they will still complain. You are doing an amazing job and you need to leave these people to themselves. Help where you can and if it’s not helping, you leave them to it.
